Whether you are totally new to writing or have a manuscript you’ve been chipping away at for years, this class will provide what everyone with a story to tell needs and craves: inspiration and accountability.

A six-month book-writing boot camp that combines the tight-knit community and accountability of my classes with the individualized brainstorming, goal setting, editing, and hand holding of working with Ruthie one-on-one. This class will help you get words on the page and develop the structure and connective tissue that will give your book its glue.

1:1 Strategy Session
If you’re not sure where to start, can’t seem to land on a clear book concept, or just want Ruthie to shine a light on the black box of the publishing world, this hour-long strategy session is for you. Come with all of your questions about publishing your book or areas where you need help getting unstuck in the writing process and Ruthie will work with you to come up with a clear plan that allows you to revisit the page feeling invigorated so you can get your project and/or ideas over the finish line.
Cost: $500 for 1 hour
1:1 Coaching Package
By working with Ruthie she’ll create a container to get you producing, while also leaving room for inspiration, creativity and plenty of time to play in the sandbox. You’ll read amazing writers who will illuminate structures and ideas for your own writing. You’ll have a North Star you’ll be writing toward, which will anchor your writing practice and give you the accountability you need. And you’ll have a top-notch editor and book coach who has worked with bestselling authors to lead the way. Past clients have worked on essays and book proposals, manuscript editing, author brand and platform building, finding an agent, and more. These packages are customized to your needs, so before we get started we will create a plan that works best for you.

Launching in October
A four-month intimate, group mentorship to build the foundation of your author platform and start getting the ideas for your book out into the world, even before you’ve finished writing your book. If you’ve ever told yourself, “Unless I’m famous, I won’t sell my book,” or “I need to have millions of followers to be a successful writer,” or if you feel overwhelmed by the idea of content strategy and showing up online, this mentorship is for you. Through bi-monthly sessions, Ruthie and other industry experts will help you craft your talking points, find your audience, develop your content strategy, and show up online in a way that feels authentic to you. This mentorship will conclude with an in-person, day-long event that will give you the opportunity to meet agents, editors, and publicists to learn what truly works in building an author platform. NOTE: This mentorship is for writers who are actively working on a book or who are looking to build the foundation of their platform for a future book
